About the role

The Utah Water/Wastewater Treatment Practice Builder will lead the launch and growth of a new water and wastewater treatment practice in Utah, working within the Horrocks‑Wilson Joint Venture. You will partner with senior leadership to win new work, oversee project delivery, and expand technical capabilities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to secure water and wastewater projects in Utah.
• Lead the delivery of high‑impact treatment plant designs and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, client managers, and business development professionals from both Horrocks and Wilson.
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering technical excellence.
• Represent the joint venture in client meetings and industry forums to enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in water and/or wastewater treatment engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to win and manage large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship abilities.
