US Retail Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The US Retail Logistics Coordinator supports daily processing and shipping of DHC retail orders. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and team, you will ensure orders are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped according to each retailer’s specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process retail customer orders and enter data into the warehouse system.
• Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, packing lists, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates to guarantee accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Use customer portals (Amazon Vendor Central, Ulta, Sam’s Club, Target, etc.) to process shipments and complete required information.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate order records.
• Assist with inventory questions, update SOPs, and provide backup coverage for other accounts.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and operating a forklift after training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or retail order processing experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Familiarity with retail customer portals and major retail accounts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft platforms.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System and knowledge of FedEx, UPS, USPS, small‑parcel and LTL shipping.
• Willingness to complete forklift certification within the first 60 days.
