US Regional Manager, Data Center Capacity Delivery

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a US Regional Manager to lead the delivery of data‑center capacity projects across its West Coast portfolio. The role combines executive‑level partner management with hands‑on oversight of construction sites, ensuring rapid and safe progression from lease signing to floor access.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for all active and upcoming data‑center projects in the region, meeting early‑floor‑access and floor‑access milestones.
• Build, hire, and lead a team of Senior Delivery Managers and coordinate third‑party owners‑representative partners.
• Set and enforce delivery standards for schedule, quality, change control, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Collaborate daily with transaction, design engineering, facility operations, commissioning, deployment, and safety teams.
• Provide executive reporting on project progress, regional capacity forecasts, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level leadership in mission‑critical construction or data‑center delivery, preferably on the owner or general‑contractor side.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage multi‑project teams and to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong on‑site presence and decision‑making skills, especially where processes are undefined.
