U.S. Native English AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

This fully remote, hourly contractor position supports AI data and language projects for CNTXT AI. You will work on a flexible, project‑based schedule, helping improve large language models through high‑quality content creation, annotation, and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and refine prompts, model responses, and voice samples across diverse topics.
• Annotate and label documents, tables, and other content to build robust training datasets.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning, coherence, and cultural/linguistic appropriateness.
• Perform localization quality assurance, ensuring terminology, tone, units, references, names, and dates are correct for the U.S. market.
• Fact‑check localized content using reliable sources and provide clear written explanations for corrections.

Required profile

• Native speaker of American English, born and raised in the United States.
• Exceptional editorial judgment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to spot meaning drift, ambiguity, and subtle errors, and to articulate corrections clearly.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to maintain consistent quality across time zones.
