Urgent Care Provider – Evening Shifts

About the role

Lasante Health Center is seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Provider to join our evening team. You will deliver high‑quality, timely care to patients with urgent health concerns in a fast‑paced primary care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with urgent medical issues.
• Perform comprehensive examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.

Required profile

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current state medical license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Prior experience in urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work evening shifts.

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
