About the role

Join a leading healthcare staffing agency as a Travel Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13‑week night shift assignment in Palestine, Texas. You will provide high‑quality patient care on a 12‑hour night schedule, supporting a busy acute‑care hospital unit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical‑surgical patients during night shifts (19:00‑07:00).
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient conditions.
• Document all patient interactions and care activities using the MedHost charting system.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Required profile

• Active Texas RN license or Compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical‑surgical nursing experience.
• Willingness to travel and work night shifts for the full 13‑week assignment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MedHost electronic health record system.
