Training Coordinator – Collision Learning & Development

About the role

Join Tesla’s Collision Learning & Development team as a Training Coordinator. Based at the Fremont, CA Training Center, you will be the operational backbone that ensures technicians receive world‑class training on advanced EV technology.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate logistics for instructor‑led and eLearning programs, including schedules, enrollments, purchase orders, and material shipments.
• Administer the Learning Management System: set up courses, enroll users, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide stakeholder support.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the learner experience.
• Transform training data into actionable insights; create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for learners, instructors, and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in coordination, administration, or project management.
• Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to resolve learner issues and manage training communications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally and occasionally lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with JIRA or Confluence (a plus).
• Ability to create reports or dashboards using Excel.
