TikTok Shop Growth Manager (Remote)

About the role

FOLQS is a fast‑growing D2C supplement brand expanding its presence on TikTok Shop. We are looking for a TikTok Shop Growth Manager to own the end‑to‑end strategy, affiliate program and creator pipeline, driving sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including P&L, targets, testing roadmap and prioritisation across affiliates, content and paid media.
• Build, manage and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program – creator sourcing, onboarding, briefing, commissions, VIP programmes and relationship management.
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates sales‑driving content.
• Run the organic TikTok strategy – trends, cadence, community engagement and FTC‑compliant creator briefings.
• Report performance metrics such as GMV, attributed orders, CAC and creator ROI.
• Operate affiliate platforms (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire or equivalents).

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years managing TikTok creator, affiliate or influencer programmes for D2C e‑commerce brands or agencies.
• Proven experience running a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform (Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash or Insense).
• Volume outreach experience – 50+ creators per month with documented reply‑rate data.
• Strong written English for creator briefings and outreach.
