Temporary Production Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary Production Technician to join our Oklahoma City Lid Plant. This entry‑level, on‑site position offers a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with the potential to become a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Manually operate semi‑automatic machinery and run high‑speed equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Manage logistical modules associated with daily equipment operation.
• Perform quality checks and record results in automated computer systems.
• Interpret statistical data to support quality and productivity decisions.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Physically able to stand, bend, twist and lift items up to 50 lb.
• Safety‑focused attitude.
• Mechanical/Industrial experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.

Required skills

• Operation of semi‑automatic and high‑speed manufacturing machinery.
• Equipment troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance.
