Technical Service and Distribution Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Service and Distribution Manager to lead and optimise our technical service and product distribution operations. Based in Santa Cruz, you will ensure logistical efficiency and high‑quality customer support through strategic management of people and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and supervise all activities of the technical service department.
• Plan and manage distribution logistics to meet response‑time targets.
• Deliver technical service that meets the company’s excellence and quality standards.
• Efficiently manage technical staff, drivers and material resources.
• Resolve operational and technical conflicts to guarantee final‑customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• Training in Distribution Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within technical services.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution and logistics processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office.
