About the role

We are looking for a logistics intern to support the organization, production, dispatch and tracking of educational physical materials, as well as the logistics of virtual events. The role offers hands‑on experience in material handling, stock management and virtual event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing digital materials and resources.
• Prepare basic tracking reports.
• Manage stock, printing and delivery of texts, credentials and certificates.
• Coordinate with suppliers or partners for material distribution.
• Support the logistical planning of institutional virtual events.
• Record deliveries and keep dispatch controls up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Production, International Relations or related fields.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
