Technical Recruiter

About the role

Serval is an AI‑native automation platform that builds intelligent agents to replace manual, legacy processes. As a Technical Recruiter you will own the talent acquisition strategy for engineering roles, helping the fast‑growing startup scale while maintaining a high talent bar.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and manage the full‑cycle recruiting process.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, set expectations and prioritize requisitions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align hiring goals, champion best practices and share insights.
• Select and integrate recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms) to enable a data‑driven process.
• Track and report key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the candidate experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment or B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical aptitude with familiarity of engineering roles and tech stacks.
• Proven track record building pipelines and closing top‑tier engineering candidates.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to thrive in a high‑energy startup.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate role requirements and company vision.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using sourcing platforms and related recruiting tools.
