Technical Project Manager (AI Systems)

About the role

A client of Huzzle, an AI-driven company that builds and deploys "AI employees" to automate business workflows, is hiring a Remote Operations / Technical Project Manager (AI Systems). The role oversees client operations, manages AI-driven workflows and ensures smooth deployment of automation systems, blending project management, client success and light technical execution. It suits people with experience in AI tools, automation platforms or software systems, and acts as the bridge between clients and the technical team. The position is fully remote, working US Eastern Time (EST) hours, with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools such as Go High Level, n8n, Zapier or similar platforms
• Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes
• Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude
• Lead client onboarding, gather requirements and turn them into actionable workflows
• Manage client communication, feedback loops and ongoing support
• Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions
• Track project timelines, deliverables and performance metrics

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, project management or AI/automation systems
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Go High Level, n8n, Zapier or equivalents
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude) and basic prompt engineering
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in client-facing roles managing expectations
• Ability to work remotely with time-zone overlap as required
• Bonus: background in SaaS, AI startups or technical operations
