Technical Operations Specialist

About the role

Paired is seeking a hands‑on Technical Operations Specialist to support a US‑based real‑estate client. The role blends technical troubleshooting, automation, QA, and campaign operations to keep integrations and marketing workflows running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by non‑technical teams, including data discrepancies, integration failures, broken automations, and synchronization problems.
• Build and maintain automations using Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and create automated QA/testing workflows.
• Investigate and resolve issues in CRMs, APIs, webhooks, logs, and databases, with a focus on GoHighLevel.
• Use SQL and MongoDB to query data, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions.
• Develop simple dashboards and reports for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, coding, testing, and automation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, support, automation engineering, or QA automation.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
