Team Member – $17/hr

About the role

Team members at Regal theatres provide front‑of‑house support to ensure guests enjoy a seamless movie experience. Depending on theatre needs, you may work at the box office, concession stand, or as an usher, handling ticket sales, food service, and audience assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the box‑office POS system, manage cash drawer, process credit cards, gift cards and discount tickets.
• Promote and upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and the Regal Crown Club program.
• Handle concession POS transactions, maintain inventory, prepare and clean concession equipment, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Perform usher duties: ticket collection, crowd control, seat assistance, backpack inspections, and auditorium cleaning.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in‑person, adhering to the company’s guest service philosophy.
• Report any discrepancies, safety issues or unusual situations to management.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and follow safety procedures.
• Compliance with company dress code and completion of mandatory training on harassment and discrimination.
• Legal age to sell alcohol where applicable and current alcohol certification.
