Team Manager – Denver

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store in Denver. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional client experience and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and guide sales and operations staff to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Deliver the "Tiffany Touch" at every client interaction, using client feedback to continuously improve the experience.
• Lead talent initiatives: attract, hire, train, and retain top performers while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of standards.
• Drive client development activities, deepen relationships, and achieve product category KPIs.
• Monitor NPS and other performance metrics, taking action to enhance service quality.
