Team CDL A Truck Drivers – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to operate van and double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and earn a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers on scheduled routes.
• Maintain a consistent 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.

Required profile

• CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable combined driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement (preferred).
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience.
