We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. This senior‑level position involves managing tax operations, reviewing corporate and individual returns, and mentoring junior staff. The role offers the chance to build strong client relationships while developing effective tax strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of corporate and individual tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Train, mentor, and guide entry‑level staff to enhance team performance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing tax‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to create tax strategies aligned with financial goals.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Utilize UltraTax and QuickBooks to streamline tax processes.
• Assist in complex tax filings and resolve discrepancies.
• Support auditing processes and review financial statements as needed.
• Analyze cash activity and budgeting to improve financial efficiency.
• Provide expertise in ERP solutions and accounting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax preparation and review, focusing on corporate and individual returns.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial compliance.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
