Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Virtual (Quad Cities, IL)

About the role

The Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) supports Kelly’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution for a major client in the Quad Cities area. Working virtually, you will manage end‑to‑end talent supply chain activities, ensure data‑driven reporting, and act as a liaison between the client, internal teams and the Program Management Office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily talent supply chain tasks for assigned locations, including intake, job posting, resume review and ongoing workforce operations.
• Analyze and report on Talent Community and team performance data, presenting VMS statistics to leadership.
• Administer VMS and related talent technologies, performing updates, edits and providing user support.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with the PMO.
• Support sales and implementation by gathering business data, preparing presentations and ensuring consistency in direct‑sourcing launches.
• Conduct audits to verify smooth onboarding, accurate billing and proper resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers and internal teams through regular communication and site visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, staffing or program management.
• Proficiency with vendor management or procurement technology tools such as Fieldglass, IQN or Beeline.
• Strong understanding of workforce‑supply‑chain principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills.
