Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Remote, US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to support hiring managers in acquiring temporary and contract talent across the United States. This remote position focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, procurement technology utilization, and client‑facing consultation to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement technology tools to move requisitions through internal client processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to supply‑chain teams via reports and conference calls.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, follow up on status, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidate assessment and selection.
• Handle financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and rate negotiations.
• Maintain KPI and SLA compliance while managing multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong consultative and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and technology platforms.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
