Talent Staff Member – GTM Recruiter

About the role

Rox is an AI‑native B2B revenue intelligence startup that is scaling rapidly. As a Member of Talent Staff you will partner with the Head of Talent to build and own the recruiting function for go‑to‑market, technical and cross‑functional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end full‑cycle recruiting for GTM, technical and cross‑functional positions.
• Design, maintain and continuously improve sourcing pipelines using AI‑native tools.
• Run structured interviews, calibrate hiring standards and provide feedback to hiring teams.
• Manage agency and partner relationships from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and ship internal recruiting automations and tools (Claude, Ashby, Slack, Notion).
• Produce reporting and pipeline visibility for leadership and hiring managers.
• Represent Rox at events, on calls and throughout every candidate interaction.

Required skills

• Experience with modern recruiting platforms such as Ashby.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack and Notion.
• Hands‑on ability to build AI‑driven workflows using Claude.
• Comfort navigating the full stack of recruiting technology.
