Talent Associate

About the role

Rho is looking for a Talent Associate to help attract, develop, and retain top‑tier talent for its modern banking platform. Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, you will work from either the New York or San Francisco office and play a key part in shaping the company’s hiring infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with high‑caliber tech talent and devise creative outreach strategies.
• Strengthen Rho’s talent brand by partnering with marketing on events and brainstorming sessions.
• Design and enforce rigorous hiring processes, advising hiring teams on search strategies.
• Apply a blend of art and science to recruiting, including A/B testing messaging and taking a human‑first approach.
• Monitor and exceed recruiting metrics continuously.
• Support cross‑functional hiring needs, from G&A roles to interview coordination.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in sales, operations, or a similar field and a BA degree.
• Passion for experimentation, leveraging AI tools, and continuous improvement.
• Background in high‑accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to drive results.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market and ability to speak the language of builders.
• Operational excellence in running disciplined searches and coaching hiring managers.
• Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Bias toward action and a sense of ownership.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary range $73,000 – $110,000 (USD) per year.
