Talent Acquisition Partner – Contract Role

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) will source, screen and recommend candidates for Airbus positions at all levels, while championing the company’s employment value proposition and ensuring a positive new‑hire experience.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with hiring managers and HR leaders to define position requirements, create requisitions and develop compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates, produce short‑lists, manage job postings across multiple channels and oversee the interview and onboarding process.
• Research and implement new sourcing channels, build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with colleges, community boards and staffing partners.
• Partner with Business HR leaders to anticipate hiring needs, create pipelines and support workforce development initiatives.
• Represent Airbus at recruitment events, college fairs and networking sessions to promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws, staffing principles and regional labor markets.
• Proven ability to communicate the organization’s value proposition and build trust with hiring managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite productivity tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
