System Administrator – Managed IT Services

About the role

We are a fast‑moving managed IT services firm supporting oil and gas clients nationwide. We need a proactive System Administrator who can own multiple client environments, communicate clearly, and keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and license management.
• Administer Okta for single sign‑on, multi‑factor authentication, and application integrations.
• Support SaaS integrations, including Salesforce and similar platforms.
• Perform laptop imaging, setup, printer troubleshooting, software installations, and end‑user support.
• Diagnose and resolve network, authentication, and hardware issues.
• Document client environments and changes with clear, concise records.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Okta administration experience (SSO, MFA, app assignments).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable SaaS integrations preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows endpoints, networking basics, and peripherals.
• Clear communicator able to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
