SWD Operator – Environmental Waste Management

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD Operator to join our Bourg, Louisiana facility. The role involves handling salt‑water disposal equipment, processing produced water, and ensuring a clean, compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain SWD equipment including pumps, valves and tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and perform minor maintenance.
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, following all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and truck drivers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
• Previous SWD or oilfield waste handling experience is a plus.
