SVP, Global Head of Operations

About the role

zerohash is seeking a senior executive to lead its global operations platform, overseeing settlement, custody, financial, liquidity, technical support and client experience functions. The role reports to executive leadership and works closely with compliance, engineering, product, finance and commercial teams to ensure a secure, resilient and scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Financial Operations, including reconciliation, ledger accuracy, fee and revenue processing, and partner reporting.
• Own end‑to‑end settlement and trade execution across digital assets and fiat rails, setting standards for lifecycle management and risk monitoring.
• Direct digital‑asset custody operations, managing wallet protocols, segregation of duties and audit readiness.
• Define and execute global liquidity strategy, building relationships with market makers, exchanges and stablecoin issuers.
• Run Technical Support Engineering to triage and resolve trade and settlement escalations, establishing SLAs and root‑cause processes.
• Head Client Experience, establishing support standards, staffing models and feedback loops to improve product and operational processes.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of progressive operations leadership in financial services, brokerage, banking, payments or digital‑asset infrastructure.
• 5+ years in a senior or executive operations role with direct responsibility for settlement, trading or custody functions.
• Hands‑on experience with crypto, stablecoins or tokenized assets.
• Proven ability to build and scale multi‑disciplinary operations teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, risk‑management and executive communication skills.
• Based in or able to relocate to the New York, NY area and travel to other company hubs as needed.
