Supply Planning Manager – Perfumes & Cosmetics

About the role

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead supply chain activities for its North America portfolio. You will ensure product availability across historic luxury houses and emerging brands while controlling costs and supporting new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise supply planning strategies and inventory levels to meet service targets such as OTIF, service level fulfillment and presence rate.
• Develop and report KPIs to senior management, HQ supply partners and local brand teams.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of service disruptions and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
• Manage air/sea shipment ratios to reduce environmental impact and cost.
• Execute weekly replenishment using DRP and coordinate S&OP routines with local and HQ partners.
• Drive flawless execution of new product launches, translating allocation plans into actionable supply actions and mitigating delay risks.
• Collaborate with French production, US warehouse operations and brand sales & marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with production, logistics and commercial teams.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in luxury goods or cosmetics supply chains is a plus.
