Director of Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations & Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end operational planning and execution. This senior position will shape scalable infrastructure across direct‑to‑consumer, wholesale, and retail channels while partnering with senior leadership to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and inventory planning aligned with demand forecasts and commercial goals.
• Own vendor strategy, negotiate contracts, and manage performance of manufacturers and 3PL partners.
• Optimize fulfillment and logistics operations for DTC and B2B channels, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Partner with Finance and Product teams on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to balance service levels, inventory, and working capital.
• Establish and track operational KPIs, use analytics for decision‑making, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee customer support operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior supply chain or operations leadership within fast‑paced consumer environments.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands‑on initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with finance, product, retail, and external partners.
• Ability to build scalable processes and manage rapid growth.
