Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at Coco, you will oversee our supply chain operations to ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost‑effective processes. You will manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities—including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships—while aligning with Coco’s mission of perfecting last‑mile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize supply chain systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure product availability and maintain up‑to‑date MRP systems.
• Create and maintain part numbers for all parts and assemblies in Arena.
• Coordinate with foreign vendors to ship and receive components.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain strategy with broader operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
• Forecast demand and support accurate planning.
• Analyze data to pinpoint bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in data analysis with proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Sigma, Quicksight, PowerBI, or Tableau.

Required skills

• Experience with business intelligence tools (Sigma, Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Arena for part number management.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and their maintenance.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities for supply chain modeling.
