About the role

Join DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson orthopaedics company, as a Spring 2027 Supply Chain Engineering Co‑Op in Raynham, MA. You will work on‑site for 40 hours per week, supporting manufacturing and engineering teams across multiple value streams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in process, project, and quality activities across the manufacturing network, including equipment validations and new product introductions.
• Develop business documents such as validation protocols, engineering studies, and work instructions.
• Support senior engineers on business continuity and cost‑improvement projects, creating and analysing data to recommend process changes.

Required profile

• Completed at least the freshman year of an accredited university program, pursuing a bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8, enrolled in a 4‑year engineering curriculum, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to commute five days a week to the Raynham facility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
• Understanding of statistical process control and other common engineering analysis tools.
