Supply Chain - Distribution Planning Manager

About the role

As a key member of the Supply Chain team at CELINE, the Distribution Planning Manager will drive the launch, distribution and flow of new luxury products across the Americas. You will ensure that products reach stores on time, support retail objectives and protect the Maison’s image.

Key responsibilities

• Lead distribution strategies for new product launches across all categories, aligning with merchandising and retail priorities.
• Execute complex allocation strategies for seasonal collections and high‑demand items within the company’s systems.
• Manage launch calendars, communicate delays, risks and mitigation plans to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor preorder performance, sales, stock coverage and replenishment needs to optimise sell‑through.
• Maintain inventory levels for Men’s, Women Shoes & RTW at door level, achieving target availability and overstock goals.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly product flow from central warehouse to regional zones and local stores.
• Identify and execute rebalancing strategies, improve distribution processes and data quality.
• Standardise tools, reporting and ways of working across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strategic, detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail teams.
• Excellent communication skills to proactively manage risks and drive mitigation.
• Passion for luxury fashion, data‑driven decision making and people management.
