Summer 2027 Sophomore Internship – Group Shared Services

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is offering a ten‑week Summer 2027 Sophomore Internship within its Group Shared Services (GSS) function. Interns join a cohort of peers, work onsite in New York, and contribute to the Research Publishing team that creates and promotes economic research and policy communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual and written assets for research publications.
• Support the design and dissemination of digital experiences that showcase the Bank’s economic analysis.
• Collaborate with the Research and Statistics Group to ensure high‑quality communication of research findings.
• Participate in professional development events and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore.
• Strong interest in research communication, economics, or public‑service finance.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York for the full ten‑week period.
