About the role
The Store Design Coordinator will support the Coach brand by managing new store projects, renovations, enhancements and concept work across North America. Based in New York, the role operates in a hybrid setting, combining office and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on new store initiatives, from feasibility studies through to opening.
- Coordinate renovations and enhancement projects.
- Review project designs with the manager to ensure alignment with Visual Merchandising, sales, Business Development and construction teams.
- Update project plans to meet business needs and budget constraints.
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accuracy, material specifications and sizing.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an architecture or drafting role.
- Experience in retail design and reviewing construction/millwork drawings is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, highly productive with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
- Highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities.
