Staff Technical Program Manager, Software

About the role

The Staff Technical Program Manager, Software will lead product development at the intersection of robotics and AI, guiding the creation of software for our robot Proxie and future generations. You will work across software, hardware, operations and leadership to deliver integrated, customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end programs for robot software, including autonomy stack, behaviors and fleet management.
• Develop and execute plans that meet scope, timeline and resource budgets, and drive them to closure.
• Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, operations and customer‑facing teams to align objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities early, and create mitigation strategies.
• Guide troubleshooting during deployments and work with engineering to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science or related).
• 8+ years of program management experience delivering software for autonomous systems.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• US work authorization and willingness to travel occasionally.

What we offer

• Base salary range $200,000‑$240,000 per year.
