SRE Monitoring Platform Software Engineer (Entry Level)

About the role

Bitdeer is building an AI‑operated GPU cloud that spans multiple data‑center locations worldwide. As an entry‑level Software Engineer on the SRE Monitoring Platform team, you will help design, implement, and operate the observability stack that powers the fleet of GPU rental servers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop collection agents and storage services for metrics, logs, traces, and profiles.
• Implement ingestion, query, and storage‑path logic for the monitoring pipeline.
• Contribute to alert‑engine, alert‑correlation, and SLO frameworks, including default rule tuning.
• Work on topology and cluster‑health services, as well as OSS‑SRE collection plugins.
• Participate in GitOps‑driven CI/CD releases and maintain drift‑free deployments.
• Shadow on‑call duties and gradually assume primary responsibility.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career engineer with a strong interest in site reliability and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to take well‑scoped components from design through production under senior mentorship.
• Willingness to learn and adopt best practices in monitoring, alerting, and SLO management.
