Sourcing Recruiter

About the role

As a Sourcing Recruiter on Amazon’s Dedicated Cloud Region Services Recruiting team, you will drive the identification and attraction of top technical talent for cloud computing, software development and infrastructure positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for cloud‑related roles.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and Stack Overflow to discover qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and team culture.
• Screen, assess and present candidates, ensuring a high‑quality shortlist.
• Track sourcing metrics, report on pipeline health and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and technical conferences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
