Solutions Engagement Manager

About the role

Chassi is seeking a Solutions Engagement Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating business challenges into data‑driven solutions on our platform. You will collaborate closely with product, go‑to‑market, and sales teams while managing client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, build dashboards, visualizations, and custom data models within the Chassi platform.
• Perform process discovery and map business workflows using structured data.
• Deliver client presentations, manage relationships, and oversee onboarding and training.
• Develop professional documentation, guides, and project plans for client use.
• Identify new use cases, enhance existing solutions, and feed insights back to product roadmap.
• Route application issues, support tickets, and collaborate with development teams to improve the product.
• Support sales cycles, conduct product demos, and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of finance and business operations concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in client‑relationship building and project management from start to finish.
• Self‑starter with an agile mindset, comfortable presenting to groups.
