Software Support Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Support Coordinator to provide technical assistance and support for multiple software systems used across Greystar’s global operations. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide help‑desk support by responding to user queries via the internal ticketing system, email, phone, or in person as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Training departments to support software applications.
• Assist customers by walking them through problem‑solving steps and following up to confirm resolution.
• Gather user feedback on software systems and relay insights to improve functionality.
• Support the training team with manuals, examples, and job aids.
• Set up new users and system access during property take‑overs and transitions.
• Prepare reports, demonstrate software, and participate in client or owner presentations.
• Work with third‑party vendors and contractors to coordinate system maintenance and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database management tools.
• Ability to research, isolate, and resolve system‑related issues.
