About the role
Polynomic is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale its AI‑driven platform that automates paid‑media campaigns. You will work on backend services, data pipelines and integrations that power real‑time decision making for advertisers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain micro‑services that support the core agentic AI platform.
- Build and optimise data pipelines that ingest real‑time performance signals.
- Integrate with multiple advertising APIs and attribution systems.
- Ensure reliability, scalability and performance of production systems.
- Collaborate with product, data science and operations teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience deploying AI or machine‑learning workflows in production.
- Strong interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go or Java.
