AVEVA is seeking a Software Developer Graduate to join its R&D team in Scottsdale, AZ. This full‑time, hybrid position offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge industrial software solutions that support energy, infrastructure, chemicals and minerals sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Recognise, articulate and make technical decisions on scaling, reliability, performance and maintenance.
• Design, develop, test and debug software applications.
• Deliver software on time and provide accurate estimates.
• Provide technical support, including direct customer assistance and escalation handling.
• Document product behaviour and implementation details.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritise development efforts and follow best‑practice processes.
• Review pull requests, engineering designs and features, offering constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Passion for creating software and solving problems.
• Strong debugging skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Eligibility for full‑time work authorization in the United States upon graduation.
