Social Media Lead – YouTube Strategy & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Lead to own and scale Everful’s social media presence, with a primary focus on YouTube content strategy and growth. This full‑time remote position will shape our brand voice, build engaging content, and grow online communities across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑performing YouTube content ideas and campaigns.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production, including shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Analyze performance metrics (audience retention, SEO, thumbnails, titles) and continuously optimize for growth.
• Manage social media scheduling, SMO, and cross‑platform promotion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creator teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing with a strong focus on YouTube growth.
• Track record of scaling YouTube channels and producing high‑performing content.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
