Social Marketing Manager – YouTube

About the role

You will lead high‑impact social and influencer campaigns that connect Gen Z audiences with YouTube’s products and creators. Working closely with Go‑To‑Market leads, product marketing managers, and external agencies, you will shape the narrative that drives engagement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social campaign platforms and concepts that align with audience insights and business objectives.
• Partner with GTM leads, product marketing managers, and global agencies to secure internal buy‑in and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Analyze audience data to inform storytelling and optimize campaign performance.
• Guide regional and local partners to scale campaigns globally.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, creators, and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience leading high‑profile social and influencer campaigns for Gen Z brands.
• Proven experience collaborating with GTM leads and product marketing managers in matrixed, global organizations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience leveraging AI for insights, and demonstrated knowledge of the YouTube creator community.
