Site Supervisor – High-End Mixed-Use Construction

About the role

PBG Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a high‑end mixed‑use project from mobilization through closeout. You will be the on‑site authority, coordinating subcontractors, schedule, quality, and safety while working directly with the Project Manager and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily on‑site activities, crews, and subcontractors.
• Develop daily look‑aheads, conduct weekly coordination meetings, and manage the project schedule.
• Ensure quality control meets the high standards expected by clients.
• Maintain site safety, enforce Cal/OSHA compliance, and lead daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate with inspectors, architects, designers, and engineers.
• Oversee material deliveries, staging, logistics, and daily reporting.
• Manage punch list items and drive project closeout.

Required profile

• 10+ years as a Site Supervisor, Superintendent, or Lead Foreman on high‑end residential or boutique commercial projects.
• Proven experience with mixed‑use, custom residential, or premium tenant‑improvement work.
• Strong communicator comfortable with clients, architects, and trades.
• Fluent reading of architectural and structural drawings.
• Builder’s instincts to recognize and demand high‑quality workmanship.
• Disciplined documentation habits (daily reports, photos, schedule updates).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Required skills

• Cal/OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar project‑management software.
• LEED or sustainable construction knowledge (preferred).
