About the role
The Service Technician for The Alcove will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality. The role involves responding promptly to resident service requests and maintaining the operational efficiency of the property.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and conduct preventative maintenance, diagnosing the source or cause of defects and performing repairs in line with established policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as required, and obtaining necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Full‑time onsite position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks to maintain property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
