Service Technician – Sage (Panorama)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to support the Sage at Panorama property in Denver. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and making repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspection.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and notify supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials responsibly.
