Service Technician – Lantower West Love

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the Lantower West Love property in Dallas. The role ensures buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, coordinating vendors, and completing all maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and building issues.
• Experience with make‑ready procedures for residential units.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and risk‑management policies.
• Good organizational skills for inventory management and documentation.
