About the role
The Service Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior areas of Monterey Village meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities across the community.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work on buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Diagnose defects or problems, execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule vendors and contractors as needed and procure required supplies.
Required profile
- Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential setting.
- Ability to diagnose issues and implement repairs safely and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating inspections, punch lists, and vendor activities.
