About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this call‑center position you will deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries and support customers through effective communication and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Analyze customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in our computerized system.
Use medical terminology when handling healthcare‑related questions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and processes.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs.
Excellent verbal communication with clear and concise delivery.
Proficiency with computers and call‑center software.
