Service Consultant/Advisor – Automotive Service

About the role

Join a growing automotive dealership as a Service Consultant/Advisor, providing a clean, safe, and customer‑focused environment. You will be the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, guiding them through maintenance and repair processes while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect accurate vehicle information.
• Document customer‑described symptoms and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and service history.
• Prepare detailed estimates for labor and parts, and schedule follow‑up appointments.
• Monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day, updating customers regularly.
• Verify final invoices match the work performed and clearly explain completed services and charges.

Required profile

• Proven record of high customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
• Above‑average energy level and desire for a long‑term career.
• Integrity, professionalism, and availability to work Saturdays.
