Service Assistant – Online Banking

About the role

The Service Assistant will support the Central Bank’s online banking operations, handling client requests and ensuring smooth transaction processing. This full‑time position works primarily on‑site in Provo and requires strong administrative and customer‑service abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests for purchase and sale of account assets.
• Perform account balancing and review all paperwork for client transactions.
• Manage phone and email correspondence, assisting clients in person and remotely.
• Return, sort, and process incoming mail and track account updates.
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation and account status.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the banking team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a supportive or administrative role, preferably in real estate or lending.
• Reliable, organized, detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Ten‑Key numeric keypad.
• Strong keyboarding skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance practices.
